Our Purpose

Sashn was founded from a passion for helping businesses navigate the complexities of Human Resources— or what I call PEOPLE!  Specializing in fractional HR leadership, I provide tailored support to smaller organizations, offering expert guidance without the need for a full-time executive.  

Optimizing  the employee life cycle, ensuring a seamless experience from talent attraction and onboarding to development, retention, and offboarding.  My goal is to help businesses unlock the full potential of their workforce and create a thriving, productive environment at every stage of the employee journey.

With a 25-year career in People & Culture, I am a results-driven HR leader who has held senior roles, including Vice President, People & Culture. I am passionate about building award-winning workplace cultures by enhancing employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. 


I am a certified HR Leader (CHRL) with extensive experience in developing and executing HR strategies that align with business goals and drive organizational success.  


 I have been instrumental in creating and implementing global people strategies, optimizing workforce performance, and fostering inclusive, collaborative environments.  I work with businesses to enhance HR processes, from talent acquisition and performance management to total rewards, employee relations, compliance, HR technology integration, and workforce planning, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business objectives. 


 By streamlining operations, improving employee experiences, and aligning HR with business goals you can build cultures that drive both individual and organizational growth.    I’m excited to help  businesses strengthen their HR practices and maximize their workforce’s potential.
